Cleanup Of Commercial Water Loss

This facility was damaged when a pipe broke and caused the flooding you see here. SERVPRO of San Marcos / New Braunfels was contacted to handle the cleanup. We arrived quickly and got right to work addressing the water standing on the floor.

The first thing we do when dealing with a large commercial water loss like this is to use a high powered extractor to begin removing the standing water. We then begin dealing with excess moisture by placing specialty drying equipment that will create a balance between evaporation and dehumidification in order to help the remaining moisture to dissipate. This is done is to ensure that further damage can be mitigated.
