We have used SERVPRO for many years for normal carpet cleaning. They always have done excelkent work. So, last week, when a small bathroom leak over night soaked into bedroom carpet and under a wall into the laundry room, we knew that SERVPRO was who we had to call. Actually, at first I thought I can take care of this myself. Mop up with a bunch of old towels and turn the ceiling fan on high and it'll be dry tommoro, right? Wrong, it was stll damp and starting to smell really bad. Time for professionals with the right tools. Over the next two days they came back to monitor the progress, They were able save the carpet and all we needed to replace was the damaged padding and some base boards. Our office recently had a major water leak that happened after hours on a Thursday night. SERVPRO was on site within an hour of our phone call and worked with our staff over the weekend to get everything cleaned up and ready for doors to open on time the next Monday morning. They even went above and beyond cleaning the tile floors that were covered in dust and shampooing the carpets that had taken on water, because they understand that appearances matter and that was one less thing the staff had to worry about. We called SERVPRO to help us eliminate the smell of cigarette smoke from our home, clean the carpets and dryer vent. From the beginning everyone we spoke to and worked with was professional and knowledgeable and cared about what we wanted. They cleaned all the vents, and air ducts, dryer vent, and performed an ozone treatment. They explained everything they did and were very patient with questions we had as they worked. I recently had smoke damage to my home and hired SERVPRO from San Marcos. My mom had used the San Marcos location before and they had done an outstanding job so we hired them for my house. From the get go, SERVPRO was very knowledgeable and professional and made us feel very comfortable with the entire cleaning process. They worked for about a week at my house and did an outstanding job. There was a small hick up with our bill once the work was finished but they got it corrected right away and were very nice about it. Throughout the entire project, they were easy to work with and helpful when something was needed. I would highly recommend this location.

I could heap buckets of praise like the buckets of water that overflowed from my broken water heater in the attic for the incredible jobs they performed when my house flooded while I was at work! Tammy arrived soon after my call and helped explain the water removal/restoration process and document damage; she was so patient. Jeff, Anthony, and Joseph were there late into the night, into the wee hours of the next morning setting up the equipment. They returned daily to monitor and move equipment to ensure drying was proceeding. They did such an excellent job with restoration that I chose them for a secondary job related to the repair process. We used SERVPRO NB to sanitize our facility for covid exposure. They fogged the offices, bathrooms and shower rooms and did a wipe down of high touch surfaces. The technician was on time and efficient. Very personable as well. Inez was very professional and knowledgeable in the services we needed and explained procedures and several options to accommodate our budget. 

SERVPRO of San Marcos responded to an emergency water damage job that happened from a surprise leak during a storm. Tammy Dorsett, the SERVPRO representative was there quickly and took excellent care of the whole problem. She already had the insurance claims numbers with her and all I had to do was open the door. SERVPRO took care of everything from that point forward. They cleaned up the water, took out the wet insulation and drywall, and then dried the whole doctor's office. The dehumidifiers took care of a large space in much less time than I expected. The total bill was below what we thought it would be for the huge mess as well . This company and the people who work there are very caring and take great care of everything during tough times. 
If we ever have another emergency, SERVPRO will definitely be who we call!

I didn't know you can use SERVPRO to help you prevent a disaster from ever starting in the first place. They come to your home or business and they map out all the shut off valves and power switches, they gather all information on who your utility companies are, insurance, landlord, who to call in case of any kind of emergency and then, they create a profile to have handy, so you as they owner of the home or the business can have handy, just in case you smell gas, or notice a leak or a wet spot or, worse yet, start to flood and stop the problem, and or call someone who can.

I want to say that this company and there employees are fabulous Brett, Damiel Alosta, Marc, Nate, Mari, Atlomny, Samantha, Brendon, Javier, Mason and the whole crew are the best. They came in my place packed everything carefully and took it and got it clean and repacked for me and they are going to bring my things back to my apartment. I am with a home restoration company in San Marcos. We had an older client that we were scheduled to install flooring for on a Friday. I scheduled SERVPRO for duct cleaning of my duplex after Tammy Dorset, Manager, worked with me on the initial estimate. On the day of the scheduled service, Rick and his team members Mari and Brendon showed up and began prepping to start the job. Within a few minutes of looking into my ducts, Rick explained to me that my duct system has dampers inside it. These dampers are about 2.5 feet back and make cleaning the ducts fairly “pointless” using SERVPRO's system.
In my mind, most companies would have just done what they could, charged me all the same and left. And maybe I wouldn’t have been the wiser. However, Rick and Tammy gave me the option after explaining why it might not help to proceed. They were totally honest with me even though that meant they weren’t going to make any money. This type of integrity seems rare and deserves 10 ??.

I elected not to have the duct cleaning job done at this time. The team was really nice about it and their professionalism and honesty is why they get a 5 star ?? review from me. SERVPRO has always been a favorite business of mine in all of the categories they serve. I use them in the insurance business for many aspects of total loss and even now using them for duct cleaning and sanitizing. Working through Tammy D. is easy, and her communication is constant. No question here that both SERVPRO and Tammy D. are a great combo!

I had a small house fire and used SERVPRO to remove and clean most contents and the interior of my house of soot. They arrived at lightning speed and placed air movers to clean and clear the air in my house and scrub as much soot from the walls and ceiling as possible. Tammy Dorsett coordinated with my insurance adjuster during the initial walk through to help determine what was either destroyed or possibly able to be cleaned back to pre fire condition. They worked together to determine what was salvageable and what could be cleaned. The most impressive part was when my contents were returned was how clean and professionally packed they were. Each box was clearly labeled and the contents wrapped such as they would not have broken even if dropped from 10 feet! Multiple layers of paper and then bubble wrap after that, around each and every item! There were a couple of issues but Tammy was already aware of them due her due diligence and managing the situation. The end result was that Tammy and SERVPRO provided excellent services above and beyond what one would expect out of such an event like this. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing the services they provide.

I highly recommend SERVPRO if you have a water remediation problem. About an hour after contacting my insurance company about our water leak Tammy Dorsett (a SERVPRO Manager) was at our house. While the crew was en route Tammy took moisture readings with a moisture meter and used a FLIR to “see” where the moisture was. By the time the crew arrived she had a remediation plan in place. She explained everything that was going to happen in detail and how they would work with my insurance company. All this was very reassuring, Thank you Tammy.

When the remediation crew arrived, they proceeded to remove all the water damaged material. Mind you that this was early evening. They stayed until all the damage was removed and left dehumidifiers and many fans. SERVPRO came out daily to check moisture levels until everything was dry.

SERVPRO of San Marcos/New Braunfels responded to an emergency water damage job that happened from a surprise leak during a storm. Tammy Dorsett, the SERVPRO representative was there quickly and took excellent care of the whole problem. She already had the insurance claims numbers with her and all I had to do was open the door. SERVPRO and Ms. Dorsett took care of everything from that point forward. They cleaned up the water, took out the wet insulation and drywall, and then dried the whole doctor's office. The dehumidifiers took care of a large space in much less time than I expected. The total bill was below what we thought it would be for the huge mess as well . This company and the people who work there are very caring and take great care of everything during tough times. If we ever have another emergency, SERVPRO will definitely be who we call!
