Removal of all wet damaged materials is key

SERVPRO of San Marcos/New Braunfels does not only arrive on time and prepared, but we also properly assess the status of the home and its contents. 

This home had a burst pipe problem and the owners didn’t know exactly what to do. They called their insurance knowing they could get answers there. We were the answer they were given since we are a preferred vendor for their insurance company.
Cleaning the home requires a good amount of work. Once all the wet and damaged materials were removed we also use an EPA registered disinfectant on the affected area to keep the homeowner safe.
