Employee Appreciation Fish Fry 2022

7/26/2022 (Permalink)

Last month, owners of SERVPRO of San Marcos/New Braunfels, Darby and Tammy Wright show appreciation to their hardworking employees by throwing a fish fry. Majority of the fish is caught in Alaska, where the owners then have it processed and shipped back to Texas.

This is an annual tradition for the owners and usually happens in June/July right before the summer heat in Texas.  Any extra fish caught and not used is given to the employees to freeze and store for them and their families.

This year, Operations Manager, Travis Wright helped prepare the meal and a few of the production team members lend a hand as well. The rest of the team enjoyed the sunny afternoon relaxing and conversating while waiting for the meal.

The SERVPRO of San Marcos/New Braunfels team is appreciative of these fish fry’s and brings them all together as one big family.

  • Never try to re-light or pick up fireworks that have not ignited fully.
  • Never point or throw fireworks at another person.
  • Keep a bucket of water or a garden hose handy in case of fire or other mishap.
