I was very reluctant after a family member shared their experience with a SERVPRO location around the Houston area and wasn't pleased with the results. But, my mom had used the San Marcos location before and they had done an outstanding job so we hired them for my house. From the get go, SERVPRO was very knowledgeable and professional and made us feel very comfortable with the entire cleaning process. They worked for about a week at my house and did an outstanding job. There was a small hick up with our bill once the work was finished but they got it corrected right away and were very nice about it. Throughout the entire project, they were easy to work with and helpful when something was needed. I would highly recommend this location.

Adrian Ernest and Chris were great. They did what they had to do in the safest and most efficient way possible while protecting my home and contents. They were good in communicating with me their progress.

I just wanted to share the Drew the technician that came to clean up the our filters but Drew and Eric along with Bubba was very friendly and neat I really appreciated the service they provided One Main was very pleased.

I scheduled SERVPRO for duct cleaning of my duplex after Tammy Dorset, Manager, worked with me on the initial estimate. On the day of the scheduled service, Rick and his team members Mari and Brendon showed up and began prepping to start the job. Within a few minutes of looking into my ducts, Rick explained to me that my duct system has dampers inside it. These dampers are about 2.5 feet back and make cleaning the ducts fairly “pointless” using SERVPRO's system. In my mind, most companies would have just done what they could, charged me all the same and left. And maybe I wouldn’t have been the wiser. However, Rick and Tammy gave me the option after explaining why it might not help to proceed. They were totally honest with me even though that meant they weren’t going to make any money. This type of integrity seems rare and deserves 10 ??. I elected not to have the duct cleaning job done at this time. The team was really nice about it and their professionalism and honesty is why they get a 5 star ?? review from me. I've had SERVPRO out to my office building for different services. I'm always impressed with them. Most recently they came for a carpet clean and the process was seamless. Scheduling over the phone with Sandra was very easy. Tammy came out the next business day for an estimate and was very quick. Then the following day Rick & Derrick came out to provide the actual service. They did a very good job and even paid extra attention to some spots we had in the carpet without being asked. Overall great job and very efficient!

We called SERVPRO to help us eliminate the smell of cigarette smoke from our home, clean the carpets and dryer vent. From the beginning everyone we spoke to and worked with was professional and knowledgeable and cared about what we wanted. Tammy came to our house to discuss our needs and explain everything they could do to help us. Aidan and Leroy did the work on our home. They cleaned all the vents, and air ducts, dryer vent, and performed an ozone treatment. They explained everything they did and were very patient with questions we had as they worked. The work was excellent. We no longer have the smell of smoke in our home and my dryer is working well again. We are very pleased with the results and have already recommended SERVPRO to others.

We recently had family coming into town and decided to have our 5ft x 7ft living room area rug professionally cleaned. Amanda with SERVPRO was able to quote me and receive the rug for cleaning within the same day. They kept the rug to dry as expected, but the turnaround time was excellent and the rug was AMAZING! I am with a home restoration company in San Marcos. We had an older client that we were scheduled to install flooring for on a Friday. Part of our agreement was that the client have the house ready for flooring installation. For some reason that did not happen. In addition the client had some sanitary issues that prevented our guys from installing flooring. This was all discovered that Friday morning. I called Inez of SERVPRO in San Marcos, she contacted the client asap, had her team at the house and entire house cleaned, emptied out, and ready for flooring installation by the end of that Friday (the same day) It truly was a miracle!!!!

Will, Betty, and Marissa were very responsive and courteous. They notified me when they would be arriving. Efficient and professional in every way. Betty and her team, Noah, Chase, and Buba, returned to my home to remove all the furniture in preparation for a floor installation. They padded, shrink wrapped, and tagged every item. They are careful movers with a top notch system!
