So thankful for this company. I ran into Nikki the sales and marketing coordinator at a formal event. After expressing my frustration about the apartment complex I am at, she was able to provide me with information to fix the water damage from my upstairs neighbor.

We had a pipe break that caused 1-2 inches of water throughout our entire house. SERVPRO responded immediately to our call and began the clean-up process within just a few hours. Tammy and Mason were fantastic to work with making an overwhelming situation very manageable for us. They ensured that we understood the processes and followed up on any concerns that we had. I highly recommend SERVPRO if you have a water remediation problem. About an hour after contacting my insurance company about our water leak Tammy Dorsett (a SERVPRO Manager) was at our house. While the crew was en route Tammy took moisture readings with a moisture meter and used a FLIR to “see” where the moisture was. By the time the crew arrived she had a remediation plan in place. She explained everything that was going to happen in detail and how they would work with my insurance company. All this was very reassuring, Thank you Tammy.

When the remediation crew arrived, they proceeded to remove all the water damaged material. Mind you that this was early evening. They stayed until all the damage was removed and left dehumidifiers and many fans. SERVPRO came out daily to check moisture levels until everything was dry.

SERVPRO of San Marcos/New Braunfels responded to an emergency water damage job that happened from a surprise leak during a storm. Tammy Dorsett, the SERVPRO representative was there quickly and took excellent care of the whole problem. She already had the insurance claims numbers with her and all I had to do was open the door. SERVPRO and Ms. Dorsett took care of everything from that point forward. They cleaned up the water, took out the wet insulation and drywall, and then dried the whole doctor's office. The dehumidifiers took care of a large space in much less time than I expected. The total bill was below what we thought it would be for the huge mess as well . This company and the people who work there are very caring and take great care of everything during tough times. If we ever have another emergency, SERVPRO will definitely be who we call!
