Ambrose Garcia was awesome did a great job! Was very professional and explained everything that was going on so we understood the process. Very polite and did an awesome clean up!

I scheduled SERVPRO for duct cleaning of my duplex after Tammy Dorset, Manager, worked with me on the initial estimate. On the day of the scheduled service, Rick and his team members Mari and Brendon showed up and began prepping to start the job. Within a few minutes of looking into my ducts, Rick explained to me that my duct system has dampers inside it. These dampers are about 2.5 feet back and make cleaning the ducts fairly “pointless” using SERVPRO's system.
In my mind, most companies would have just done what they could, charged me all the same and left. And maybe I wouldn’t have been the wiser. However, Rick and Tammy gave me the option after explaining why it might not help to proceed. They were totally honest with me even though that meant they weren’t going to make any money. This type of integrity seems rare and deserves 10 ??.

I elected not to have the duct cleaning job done at this time. The team was really nice about it and their professionalism and honesty is why they get a 5 star ?? review from me. Their honesty is also why I will call them in the future if I need one of their services and why I would refer them to my contacts.

She isolated the areas of my kitchen that had too much moisture and spent time helping me understanding what steps I needed to take next to get to the bottom of the problem. I highly recommend Ines and feel like she is truly wanting to help people. She is hard working and committed to her customers and her company.

Ines Picazo was the rep that came out to see the job and understand what needed to be done. Ines was professional, courteous and timely. She worked quickly and got the techs out as soon as possible. Brett and Christian took care of the floor cleaning and used ozone treatments to clear out a smell after our pest control issue. They did quick, professional and fast work. 5/5 would recommend this crew!

I had used SERVPRO San Marcos/New Braunfels before. I've had their magnet on my refrigerator for years. It was there and they came when I needed them.  

I once made a rather brave decision to buy a vintage white sofa on Craigslist. SERVPRO offered to clean a cushion in order to determine if a professional cleaning would benefit. The difference was incredible. A very professional team came to my home, carried the sofa outside, and cleaned it. It sparkled, except for one section that still seemed yellowed. The team came out a second time at no charge. I was highly impressed, both at the effectiveness of the cleaning and at the service of SERVPRO. I would highly recommend them for any home furnishing or auto interior cleaning needs.
